huh, I wouldn't have guessed that my (amatuerish) interests in boilers and cycling would ever have any connection, but they have!

Shawn is a a really interesting rider--he's definately one to be watched.

neat that you're related to him...I think we'll see his name alot in years to come.

It was on national TV

and at one point my nephew Shawn Milne was leading. They pulled him back for some reason, we hav'nt heard why yet.

I'll tell ya, having your nephews name ( who I held in my arms as a baby ) spoken on national Television is a real High.

I just read about the race at velonew.com. Looks like it was a cold and brutal affair. The canadian guy that won was pretty happy to have conditions that were right up his alley. Sounds like they were ready to cancel but with the national tv coverage they went for it.
