Plumbing waterproof 20\" pipe

Any one know of a product that I can repair 20" exposed, clay, hub and spigot, storm piping that is leaking at the joints. For some reason over the last 60 years some of the joints have failed. The existing joints seem to be an oakum and tar mix. The replacement costs are starting to get around $300,000. The customer will never go for that. I think he blew the budget on the abatement part of the project. I would like to be a little more professional than rubber and hose clamps. I would also like to keep the relationship with the customer due the previous work done there and future work to come.
Any Ideas?

    CIPP

This is a common problem with older VCP. Is there an infiltration problem? How about cured in place pipe lining? Google "cured in place pipe" or "formed in place pipe" and you'll find endless information on these processes.

If you are in the North East US

Contact Hennigan Engineering in the Boston area; ask for Tim Jr.

They have the US rights to a process used to line leaking water mains in Europe. This will form a new pipe within the existing pipe - and is really cool. In my opinion it is a much better process than many of the others on the market.

Hennigan does work across half of the US.

Ask for Tim Jr; and tell them that Perry said Hi.
