EZ-panel with non floating hardwood

I've got a project coming up where I would like to use 'ez panel foam board, which is basically a product with 2" of foam insulation below it, and a series of tracks to lock the pex into which eliminates the need for staples, or wire mesh. The reason I'm choosing this over climate panel, quick track, or staple up is due to the fact that this is not plywood subfloor construction, it is however a series of concrete slabs set on i beams, so fastening the climate paneling would be a challenge. I though of power nailing it with a concrete gun, but I"m worried about cracking. My plan right now is to install the ez panel with sleepers the same thickness of the easy panel at certain locations deterermined by the flooring contracter to provide something for him to nail to, then on top of the ez panel will be a 1" layer of gypcrete. The question is does this sound like it will work? Or does anyone have any other experience with this type of install? Do you think the sleepers need to be imbedded in gypcrete as well? or will they be okay if theyhave the gypcrete poured to either side and not over them?
