radiant floor heat....finish flooring question

I'm putting the finishing touches on a half court, indoor basketball court I built in my back yard. I have in floor heat in the 5" slab. I have 2" Foamular insulation under and around the perimeter. I'd like to put some type of cushioned (rubber type?) flooring down. Both for safety, and also for better traction for half court basketball. However I don't want to cover up the heat with anything to thick. Has anyone run into this situation? Do certain products transfer heat better then others? By other products I mean gym floor type products. Any suggestions? Thank You
