Finding a Baxi Contractor

A year ago I had an EnergyStar energy audit performed on my house. Since my old boiler and POS FHA furnace were both failing, I decided to have them replaced with a Baxi and air handler. The company that performed the energy audit subcontracted the job to another company.
To make a long story short, these two companies have turned against each other, and I'm not sure how much I can trust either one of them for ongoing support. So I'm looking to see what my other options are. I don't like the idea of buying an expensive system that can't be supported into the future....
