I haven't used that function but it's there. Low end stat I bought for $30 (½ price) while trying to figure which expensive one i want to get, Tekmar, Honeywell or Proliphix.

I am looking for a thermostat with a humidistat that could supply power to the humidifier from the cooling side of the thermostat.

Hydronic boiler and the humidifier is installed and powered from the AC system...

    Here's a couple possibilities.

    Honeywell Vision PRO

    Totaline Intellistat

Not sure what you by "powered from the cooling side of the thermostat".

The Honeywell vision pro (TH8000 family) doesn't control a humidifier. One model (TH8321) can dehumidify, but only by overrunning the air conditioner. An air conditioner is a natural de-humidifier, which means you probably wouldn't want to try to humidify from cooling, because you'd be putting moisture in and taking it out at the same time, which would only tax the air conditioner and cost you money. The Honeywell YTH9000 family does control humidification, but you'd still not want to do it while cooling.

Power doesn't come from a thermostat or humidistat because both of those are switches. When the switch is closed they allow power to pass through. The power to a low voltage humidifier of course comes from the low voltage transformer, by way of the thermostat--if it controls humidification--or the humidistat.

    VisionPro 9000 Series

Looks like the 9000 series uses two terminals for humidifier with a set of dry contacts .I could use a jumper from Rc to one of the humidifier terminals , Which would solve my problem . I will verify to tech support tomorrow Thanks for heading me in the right direction .

I picked up the Pro 8000 by mistake after miss reading the box . The box did say " dehumidification " ...
