    it's called a post-it note, although I call it a sticky note. Amazing little thing.

    I got one today from a customer in an envelope.

    The envelope also had a check in it for payment in full for a recently completed job.

    The check was welcome, but the sticky note was appreciated.

    The note had one word on it. This project was fairly easy, but had a few 'concerns.'

    Made the memories of the problems very forgettable.

    I am allway impressed when a customer takes that couple of extra seconds it take to say thank you.
