sealant/grease
oil-2-4-6-gas hello,
I have in my hand a box of Rockwell Sealant No. 386 Size C. This what I use. Can be purchased where you buy your lubricated plug valves. If this size is to large ( 2inch long by 1/2 diameter) you can roll it in your hand like putty to thin it out.
Best Regards,

lube
Did you try your utility? Their riser valves are usually "luboseal" type valves.0 -

Do you have a Ferguson in your area? they should be able to get it.
