Can i loop the hot water inside the baseboard heating? if im heating one room in an attic ...on its own circulator...is there a way to run the heat down two walls and have the return come back to where i started . both the supply and return come through the florr in the same spot . thanks

Yep, most all baseboard has some kind of shelf designed in above the element for that purpose.

There was an error rendering this rich post.

  • Yep, and when there's room...

Lay it right on the fins, themselves. It won't rub, that way. The pipe inside the fins gets longer when the heat comes on. The return pipe does, too. (duh) Since they expand at the same rate at the same time, they don't rub. They'll be silent.

If you hang the return pipe, it rubs. You'll need some kind of moving support that is quiet, like the nylon cradles under Slant/Fin Fineline 30 element.
