    My Gut Says...

    Bogus.

    1) Foreign patent from an organization I do not recognize; not a US Patent.

    2) Only the first page of the "patent" was accessible. The rest of the document "does not exist".

    3) If true, the inventor would have been assassinated years ago by Big Oil. :)

    4) If true, the inventor would be fabulously wealthy and could afford a haircut better than a Mullet.

Putting out a video of over an hour to explain something that might take ten minutes falls into the "Baffle them with BS" category.

That is what my gut tells me. Snake oil.

The US patent office will not issue a patent to a "perpetual motion machine", i.e. a machine that puts out more energy than is input. And I doubt that even the French would.

    Also...

.... note that the document shown on the web is an APPLICATION FOR A PATENT, not an actual, issued patent.

I can apply for pretty much anything I want, the patent office then decides whether there is prior art, whether the invention is obvious, whether one of the three thermodynamic laws is being broken, etc.

Real, international patents covering the major markets (USA, EU, Japan, etc.) are on the order of $300,000. No wonder the guy has a mullet, he's probably growing his hair to sell it at the local wig clinic. :-P
