trying to date an old furnace

I am a tenant in a home with a very old furnace. The home runs on propane and the landlords also have an outside wood
burner/boiler.The home can be heated by either system. I was wondering if anyone might have an idea of how old this furnace is. I was able to make out Bryant Air conditioning company but it looks older than the 1957 model on the website. I will have a court date in May and am contending that many Minnesota safety and health codes have been violated. Thanks!
