boiler replacement

Uni, I was looking for a boiler that could vent longer distances also. The prestige shows 60ft with 2 long radius elbows. We can't use these in this application, so when we figured it with short turn elbows, it took 20ft off the distance (total of 40ft). I think the Ultra is going to be the longest venting of all I've come across.

    boiler replacement

unfortunately i have to replace 6 hydrotherm AM -300 boilers. the venting arrangement has approximately 60 feet of 3" CPVC exhaust and 50 feet of 3" PVC combustion air intake. of course the piping is not accessible and there is nowhere else to run new piping. i have excess capacity in the boilers so i not have to replace them with 300 MBH boilers. does anyone know of a product on the market that i can use which will utilize the existing venting arrangement? i have looked at the weil mcclain ultra the largest size i can use is the 155. the lochinvar Knight will not work nor will the hydrotherm GX series. any other thoughts?

    thanks

    Prestige Solo 175?

How accurate are your measurements? For the 175, 60' is the max for exhaust and 50' for intake, both using 3".
