Direct vent gas boiler keeps locking out

and said it was our Heatmanager, so he disconnected it. This morning....no heat. If I turn off power switch and then turn it back on, boiler fires immediately and runs through cycle without problems. Also seems to shut down properly. But when there is another call for heat, fans come on, but boiler will not fire unless I reset the power again.

    Direct vent gas boiler keeps locking out

    We have a Lochinvar Efficiency+ gas boiler that is direct vent through the side wall of our house. Today I noticed it wasn't operating. The light that says "purge" on the controller was flashing.
    I shut off the boiler and let it sit for a few minutes, and when I turned it on, it ran fine.
    I just went downstairs and it is locked out again. I shut it off for a few minutes and when i turned it back on, it is running again.
    Does anyone know why it would be doing this?

    Lockout

    My first advice would be to have your service person call Lochinvar from your home, and get some troublshooting help. It's tough to diagnose over the internet. Sounds like ignition control lockout, but there are so many things that can cause that sympton, people here would be guessing at this point.
