What t-stat would you reccommend for use in a religious bldg, that has a ac-unit and h/a furnace for rear part of bldg. & a larger a/c unit and air handler for seating area ??? Would like a lock-out code , auto set back if somebody forgets to reset t-stat from man. operation , and auto clean air cycle. Would I also need a remote in-door senser ???. ( Heat comes from furnace for air handler.)Now there are 2- t-stats would like to have only one.

I'd look at the Honeywell TH8110 (single stage) or TH8320 (2-stage). The features you describe are in "installer setup." You can look at the features by going to the website http://customer.honeywell.com. Scroll to the very bottom right corner of the page. Enter TH8320 in the blank box and click onthe arrow beside it. That brings up a list of all the lit about that product. Click on pdf (left column) for "installation instructions." Once inside the literature, go to installer setup.0
