i would recommend using a torch to heat the fitting as stated earlier. i'm fairly new at this but every time i've been working with big stubborn pipe putting heat on it for awhile seems to work splendidly. It has yet to not work. If the pipe is old be sure to use a sufficient backup wrench on your tee. if have actually broken other joints from not doing this. rookie mistake which i seem to consistenly make. just my 2 cents

Can't budge a rusted pipe
I'm trying to remove and replace an old 1 1/2" piece of steam pipe that is rusted in a T fitting. I have tried Liquid Wrench (I let it soak in for two days), tried tapping on the fitting, tried extending the opposing pipe wrenchs with a bit of pipe. Won't budge. I don't want to break the fitting if I don't have to. Who has the best solution?

Heat.
Put a torch on the female end for a while to expand the fitting. The heat will help to break the rust bond and after that,.. leverage.
Heat it nice and good though. it takes awhile to heat those fittings up

Hi there That job requires a little creative surgery, you will need a sawsall or the equivalent and cut off the pipe 1/4" from the tee connection.
Then with a steady pair of hands and the blade of the saw entering the tee carefully cut into the remaining piece of pipe from one end to the other. take care not to cut out to the treads in the tee, then with a hammer and punch you should be able to collapse the pipe without disturbing the other joints of the Tee0 -
I showed that trick to an informal apprentice, and it blew his mind. It made me remember those days when my father taught me there's always a different way to look at things.
