Air Change rate

I am trying to figure heat loss for an addition. I am using John Siiegenthalers' Heat load estimator that comes with his book. The walls will be ICF and the roof SIPS. I will have quiet a few windows, but all will be brand new and very efficient. I will be very diligent about air sealing. I am trying to figure what number to use for my air change rate.
Thanks,
Dave

I usually use ACH 0.2 for such construction, assuming ventilation will be present, and that's probably a little conservative in many cases.0
