Combustion Analyzers

With just about any brand of combustion analyzer, you can change the Oxygen sensor yourself, and the Oxygen is self-calibrating (using outside air on startup). Are they encouraging you to send it back each time for other reasons - like calibration of other sensors (CO)? How often do you have to change the Oxygen sensor? Most units use the same sensor technology, and need a new sensor every 2 years or so - regardless of how often it is used. I found the Bacharach to have very loose fitting sensor terminals - you can crimp these (very gently!) to improve the connection.

Comb. Analyzers
I was wondering if you guys could recommend a brand/model of combustion analyzer. The shop where I work has a Bacharach PCA but I am finding it very frustrating to have to send it away to have the O2 sensor replaced. As this device is only used 2-3 times a year, the cost of repairs outways the usage. This unit may be for sale if someone is looking for one. Any input would be of help.
Thanks,
