Drove 45 minutes out of my way to a site today to pop a TN4 stat on so that the new house could have heat for the taper sissies. "They won't start until YOU get the heat on!"

Get a call at the end of the day. "Uh......there is no gas coming to the house......uh......the utility guys don't know what the problem is........thanks for coming out."

Lately I have had a run on the "YOU GOTTA BE HERE YESTERDAY" crowd. I just got one of those time machines like I saw on Napolean Dynamite. I'll let you all know if mine works better than the one Napolean tried.

OK.

I feel better now.

    A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part. How great it would be if that were true. Unfortunately, when the customer calls we jump. Just good customer service. I wish they would all learn how to plan better, especially the builders.
