    I said I would be back to you if I found the problem I was having. You posted "It should be a jpeg file. Click Attachments. Find the image with Browse. Add it, and then be sure to click OK."

    You instructions are correct, ... but if you have to be careful after you punch "Add". If you have a slow computer, or if the internet is busy, or if your photo requires large memory (not 500 KB but say 1.5 MB), or your graphics PC board is slow, ... all these details, or anyone of them, can make that "Add" take a real long time. Unless you have an Apple (graphics friendly) instead of a PC, or unless you have a good fast graphics board, and unless you have a good cable service (not dial-up) there will be a long, long pause after you punch "Add". So after you punch "Add" just give it plenty of time & it will be OK. Bromley
