Is there a self applied foam insulation that is suitable for larger volumes than the "foam in a can" products? I'd like to seal up the joist/sill cavities in my house, at the moment I have fiberglass stuffed in there in a plastic bag, but I am not sure it is worth having someone come in with the whole system. On the other hand it would be a major pain trying to use the spray cans.

yes if you go to home depot ask them about big gap filler it's a foam in a can that expands for big holes :-)
