    W/M ULTRA HELP

    I installed a WM ultra natural gas 230 about 4 months ago in a new home got called no hot water. I got there and there is no display boiler will go into pre purge when turned on then off but wont fire at all I checked all fuses in the circut board all looked good and checked out good last resort I replaced them anyway.still no display. My experiance tells me the board failed and needs replacement. If that is the case is it a stocking part. The customer is ok for tonight but after a cold shower in the AM things will change fast

    without speaking to W/M I would suspect the board. My supplier has an after hours service and they keep all parts in stock, boards included. Good luck.
