Outdoor reset

Can someone tell me, on a Honeywell T475A how it works for reset. I know it works off a ratio between outdoor and boiler temp, but if the control is set for 110 degees and the dial is on 6, what is it actually doing and how do you know if it operating correctly.

Thanks,
KB

    Do you have the directions?

Probably not or you would have said so..... Hold on, let me go to HW sight to find the control. ///There are 2 models. You need a few more #'s. I think the 1 you are using is probably a 1:1 ratio. Go to Honeywell.com and punch in your numbers....

I tried the honeywell web site, but didn't have any luck. The closest I could find any info on was the newest model. The only numbers on the control are T475A and the boiler is about 25 years old. The control is electro-mechanical sensing temp with cap bulbs.

OK I am not sure what you have, but when you hit the site,.On the right hand side it asks you for a description on your control,.or product. When you punch in the T475A control you will notice 2 with your given #. Try to continue on with that. I think others can help more than I.
    Sorry...

That's what I looked at on the Honeywell sight. Sorry I couldn't get you the literature for I am not that computer savy... I would probably end up frying my computer or something :--)

Don't feel too bad, you got further than me, I couldn't even find the info. Everytime I did a search it said it couldn't find it.
