Back to work!
"Hi Ho, Hi Ho! It's back to work I go!
The doctor finally gave me the go ahead to return to work full time effective Monday the 6th. None too soon either as far as I'm concerned! I was getting a bit testy hanging around the house doing nothing but driving the bride crazy and reading books! Still have to take it easy by not traveling long distances but at least I'll be able to get some long awaited computer work done.
I'll be working in my Home Office for a few weeks on an exciting new training project. Can't divulge too much right now but you and your techs will soon be able to take any or all of the Burnham Training Courses without having to take time out of work, on their own time and at their own pace and with full direct one-on-one communication with either Ron Beck or me! The seven NORA approved courses will also be part of this program. You'll have to threaten to shoot me to get me to tell you anymore at this time! It's amazing what an idle mind can come up with when given enough time away from phones and computers!
I once again want to take time to thank all of you that sent me cards, e-mails and other well wishes during my recovery. I want you to all know that it was greatly appreciated. Some of you have seen me on here every once in a while over the past two months. I do want you to know that my wife knows nothing about that due to the fact that she was not home when I was doing that! I need you all to promise not to tell her! Kidding aside (even though I'm not kidding) she and my three boys have been very good at making sure I do what I'm supposed to do and I don't do what I'm not supposed to do and have taken good care of me. Thanks again and I look forward to being back in the saddle again!

Welcome home Glenn.
Your secret is safe with me....as long as the great information keeps flowing. (If not, I may be forced to rat you out....for a price).
Glad to hear all is well. I think the doctors have given you some sage advice. Stay off the road and your blood pressure will stay in check.

Welcome Back
It is great to see you back Glenn. I think that I can speak for all to say that we really missed you.
I was thinking that we should consider having a party in your honor, but since you're just getting back up to speed, I think that the party would have to be limited to only ONE BEER each.
See the photo for my idea of a ONE BEER party.
Best Regards,

Thanks Ron!
Well.....the training communication won't be quite that direct but close to it! Glad to be back in the saddle agin though! Sticking close to the office will also to allow me to keep taking in Cardiac Rehab three days a week at our local hospital. I do enjoy that even though I am the youngest person there! The two young ladies that run it are absolutely delightful!

Gosh Dave!
I really hadn't given much thought to me being the cause of that but now that you think about it I could have had something to do with the weather doing a flip-flop lately. Hope you are enjoying that lovely granddaughter Dave! She is a real cutie pie.

I was very close to Oneonta when this hit me. I was on my way to Binghamton for a meeting with some Engineers when this happened. I was in Wilson Memorial Hospital for treatment. I actually used to live and work in Binghamton (born and raised there) and owned a house in Oneonta on Hudson Street before I moved to New England. Sure is a small world! I may have met you at one time or another as I have worked the Colonial Supply Open Houses for the past several years in Oneonta, Albany and Glens Falls. Gotta get my annual dose of Brook's Barbeque!0 -

You be sure to take it easy and to get better as well! Running around in the weather that you folks experience up there is enough to get anybody down. Hope you feel better soon!
