Pex loops

In an ideal world the loops should be equal (ie: Self balancing, all the same pressure drop). Such is not life; it cannot always be done. That is where the balancing valves and teeny-tiny flow meters come in. 25 feet off? That is good shooting in my book.
Laying out loops in the slab to come out even is the "easy" part (as-if!). The homeruns always seem to muck up perfection but you seem to have them as close as most could get them IMHO.

I'm using Wirsbo manifolds and trying to understand how to correctly size the pex loops. One section is 14'x20'. I'm using 3/8" at 8"OC. When I split the loops up evenly it comes up to roughly 150FT per loop. But, the runs back to the manifold make the runs come out uneven. Two of them will be 175' and the other nearly 200'. Does the manifold have adjustments to compensate for this or do they all have to be exactly the same lenght?0 -
Thanks
