mod/con boilers

I am currently doing a job consisting of entirely radiant heat.In the past, I have done some radiant mixed with baseboard, but this is my first whole radiant house. I know that this would be an ideal situation for a modulating/condensing boiler, but I am still a virgin in this arena. Everything I know about mod/con boilers(which ain't much)I have learned from hangin out on the wall. I also want to use an indirect WH. Can the ultra keep up the demand for hot water? Im thinking Ultra 155 and a Gold Plus 80. Are my concerns about enough hot water a reality? DO you think it can handle 3000 ft of pex-al-pex and a hw demand. Any thought or suggestions are appreciated!!

mod/cond boilers
The Ultra is a great boiler. We are installing them on a lot of jobs lately and no problems to date. They are something new and different to be sure, but a BTU is a BTU and a properly designed and sized system will work no matter what the make or model. Pay close attention to the piping layout and know that special add on controls are needed if you use two or more boilers, and go for it. Our rep here got me an entire tech manual on the Ultras, and it was very well worth the effort to READ IT ALL BEFORE INSTALLATION. Once you "get it", it's as easy an install as any you've ever done.
