    Ok, here is the problem:

I have a WM-ultra 230 piped primary/secondary. There is one zone on the secondary loopp feeding a coil. The circulator for this loop is a 007 which pushes.

I have a DHW loop off of the primary loop. The circulator on this loop is a 0012 which pushes.

The primary loop is feed by an 0011 which pulls.

When the DHW calls the primary loop circulator shuts of as it is suppose to. The unit is super quiet when the everything is running to heat the DHW.

The problem happens when the primary cirulator runs. I get a very loud ringing sound like a tuning fork. I can't isolate the sound as it seems to come from everywhere.

    Please help!!!

    Mark is on to something...

Definitely sounds like a harmonic issue, a giant tuning fork. Just a naturally resonating frequency when that pump comes on. I would add mass to the piping that vibrates the most (put your hand on it to see any dampening effect). Wrap sheet lead (or depleted uranium if you can get it :) ) at the point of optimum frequency abatement. Try sash weights, anything to dampen it.
It may take a lot of weight and a bit of feeling around. You may also add an elbow/offset bend to break up the vibration.

    perhaps it's copper ..

with a big burr that starts the harmonic

it forgot the words to the song...:-)

Actually, it's called impellance. It comes from the impeller. The only way to get rid of it is to give the pump something to work against. That, or install a smaller pump that doesn't generate as much impellance (head)...
