OilStock 2006 will be here before you know it! And the seats are limited to 100 and 17 have already been filled, have you registered yet? If youll be joining us and are in need of over night accommodations I have already blocked some rooms at the Microtel Inn & Suite located in Hamburg, PA just 6 miles from our gala event.
There are 20 Rooms blocked both Friday June 23rd and Saturday June 24th 10 smoking & 10 non-smoking the rate should be $85.00 a night + tax bringing it to a total of $90.10 a night. John, My thoughts have been that since this has been an Oil Tech Talk event we could still have it each year as an Oil Tech Talk The Web Site Event.
Wouldnt it be nice if once a year a bunch of us who meet in cyber space regularly, could get together in person. kind of like a family reunion with a day filled with knowledge and fun!
As you can imagine there is a lot of time, work, effort, money and commitment put into having such an event so I would have to say Im going to let this years attendance be the gauge to decide if I should try to put OilStock 2007 together. Thanks for asking.
