Old column rads EDR ?

I found this company in Canada that I may want to trade rads with to get my room by room EDR to match the heat loss calculation. My old rads are all 3 col 45" tall. I use "6" as the section multiplier for the EDR. The guy in Canada says the number is 7.5 ? I wonder, is he's including the 1.33 pick up factor 7.5/6 = 1.25 ?

My old books
say 6 square feet per section. But if he's paying you by the square foot, feel free to use his figures ;-)0
