Outdoor Wood boilers

A client has asked me to help him impliment an outdoor wood fuelled boiler. In essence this appliance is to energize an outdoor salt swimming pool, a hot tub, a dry kiln, three separate RFH areas. In all there are three remotely connected buildings involved in addition to the outdoor loads. The appliance can develop a maximum of 500K according to the manufacturer's propaganda. Other than that they ignore my correspondence and requests for design and implimentation information. You all know so much more about this stuff than I do, particularly the pitfalls that I need to avoid so please have at it. Respectfull submitted...
