    Google does it again!

    The new version of the Google toolbar now has a really neato spellchecker built in. Perfect for spell checking your posts here.

    It also works with Firefox as well as IE!

    Download for free at toolbar.google.com I always select the simpler version that doesn't send them back any info.

    The toolbar has a button called Check. When you click it, it scans the active window and highlights the misspelled word(s) in red. Click on the word and it will offer suggested replacements; one click and the word is replaced.

    It will also translate words into different languages as you hover over them, and, of course, still offers the trusty pop-up blocker...

    Not bad for free and from a company that is not yet an evil empire...
