Generally,
Constant circ is self levelling, not needing O.R.
Depending on what valves and what controls, I have always been extremely fond of c.c., with condensing boilers it is a superb strategy - generally. You do not provide enough detail however, to make it a slam-dunk, at least not yet.

I use constant circ
whenever I can on radiant floors. I also use it on cast iron rads. The only time I can think of that it doesnt make sense is hydro air. I'm sure theres more I just can't think of it. WW

Constant Recirc
I am a big fan of constant recirc provided that you have an indoor sensor to fine tune the reset water temp. IMHO, I think that the additional indoor sensor feedback is essential in a well designed high-mass radiant floor heat system. So, it depends on your method of heat transfer. If you are using the reset temp with a hot-water coil and air-handler, it might not be as critical.

PR
