You just proved it. Congratualations. It is truely an eye opener when you can use something just learned and see a positive result.
Now, the commercial, remember clean and treat all systems.
Like the old TV show. I love it when a plan comes together.

Sold a radiant job the other day.
Got the call the next day, her husband nixed it. To expensive could I " come over and talk ". Hhmmm , she still wants to talk to me.
We talked about maybe some of the rooms having Buderus panels along with kitchen. I'll go back and price it that way I said.
I came back and we talked some more. I remembered John class. We talked.
We're doing radiant in all the rooms now.
Thanks John.

Give yourself some credit, Scott...
John gave you the sales tools & training, just like whoever taught you the plumbing trade. You used the sales tools, and got the order. Nice work! Marketing & selling skills are just as important in this business as your trade skills. Without a sale, there is no job. Happy Dad's Day!0 -
Atta Boy Scott
Worth the price of admission, right Scott?0 -
Yo...
You be da Man, Scott!
Selling can be fun when aptly rewarded by the sale.

Thanks Guys
Yes, it was worth the price of admission. I feel strongly that if you pick up one piece of advice from a class it all been worth it.
A long sale is quite an event
