UniBox with QT or CP

I'm often asked how we manage to install a radiant floor without having to repipe back to the boiler room or add a mixing circuit, in a renovation...

After removing the CFT baseboard and existing carpet and pad, we installed a panelized floor using the Oventrop UniBox and simply modifying the original CFT BB supply and return. The UniBox has (2) TRV's in one...one controls and limits the return, the other sets the room temperature. Built-in purge makes it easy to commission.

This remodel has some "cool" Runtal rads, as well as 1500SF of new radiant floors, both staple-up and QT.
