system pressure drop

what pressure are you referring to? If boiler gauge pressure, do you mean 19 psi?

Or do you have a gauge that reads in Bars?

can you isolate any zones, or the boiler to check for leaks?

fill the system with water = more pressure. 20lb should be almost too much. I run 10lb on a single story home, 15lb should work for 2 story. may be leaking in the boiler, not apparent.
