We've installed a few and like them. Straight forward installation and service manual, excellent service from our distributor and the factory. They (factory) return any calls or emails promptly with clear concise answers. I would like to see them make a smaller model, such as an 80 or 100 MBtu input, their smallest model is 150 MBtu input. The modulation ratio is broad, up to 16:1 depending on the model and this is the reason they say they have not come out with a smaller model. No need to buy a special controller or module in order to have outdoor reset- all standard. Easy to service although all I've done so far is pre-season cleaning/inspections. All necessary service and trouble shooting points are readily accessible. None of ours have not been out long enough yet to have breakdowns so longivity is unclear at this point.
I would like to see their Matrix model, could maybe be a good replacement for those with Lennox Complete Heat units. So far, we have not experienced a customer for one.
