I'd use a B&G System Syzer.
Retired and loving it.

Pump sizing
Dan
Is the Radpad something that can be used to size pumps for radiant floor heating systems?
Is the a better way to do it?0 -
Yes
the B side will give you the data to size the pump. Then refer to a pump manufactures "pump curves" to select the pump that fits the specs.
In this example I used a .7 gpm for the loop. At a 300 foot length of 1/2" pex that would be a tad over 5 feet of head. 10 loops at .7 gpm per loop would require a 7gpm flow at 5 feet of head.
Radiant design software will give you all this info also. In addition, it will give you supply temperature, delta T and fluid correction multipliers.
The Grundfos Super Brute on speed 2 would be a good pump choice, for the above example. If you had fewer loops (less gpm requirement) then speed 1 may be a perfect match.
