I have a burnahm V86 steam boiler that is a year old and was wondering if someone could help me with a detailed list of parts to convert the boiler to water. Burnham said it could be done but wouldn't tell me how to do it. What would have to be taken off the boiler and what would have to be replaced what type of controls need to be installed wiring harness. What needs to be plugged it has two pipes on the top, and no coil for domestic heat. The boiler isn't installed it is mint used 2 months. Thanks again i really appreciate any help i can get. Louis

    Burham

It will crack in about 3 years anyway, save a step and get a different brand, before its leaking all over the floor. The 8 series are doing the same as the 7 series, anyone who tells you differently are working for Burnham.

I havent had any V8 WATER problems, probably have over 200 out there. I have been using alot of Hydrotherm lately. Same as HB Smith with a stainless jacket for oil. Much less money and they run ok with a Carlin burner.
