Square Ft. of Steam for Sirocco Conditoner by American Blower

I left a message last week, but so far no luck. I have a homeowner with a Sirocco Conditoner by American Blower Corp,Model #112. Appoximately 24"high,44"wide, the coil is not exposed so I have no idea how deep it is. Steam comes in on the left-aprox 1 1/2 to 2". Return is on the right side. Homeowner thinks its from 1936.
Steamhead asked me if the unit heater or air handler is attached to the ducts.
The air handler is attached to the ducts.
ANY HELP WITH THIS ONE?
