oil tank installation

I have an application were the 330 gallon oil tank will be located 35 feet below fill location. This fill an vent pipe exceeds the 10 psi maximum at tank (35' X .389 = 13.61 psi). can some one help with aquiring a similar sized ASME tank to see 15 psi. or any help with this from someone who may have had a similar job.
