Replacing a monoflow system w/ a loop system

I live on long Island, N.Y in a cape that measures 40'X 25' w/ 2x4 construction,a heated top floor with its own heating zone and an unfinished, unheated basement with a monoflow system w/ 1-1/2 main pipe & 3/4 brach tubing & old style fin type baseboard & an original 55yr old oil fired boiler (to be replaced). From what I have read on this site everything you should not do to a monoflow system has been done to mine,Baseboard has been removed and caped,14' of new baseboard was installed in between 2 tees that are 3' apart.Right now I am doing all the renovations gutting, insulating, rewiring, plumbing and heating.I try to do things right the first time, so here we go.When I remove the old heating system and install the new one I will use 3/4 copper pipe and the thing I'm concerned about the most is baseboard sizing.I'm using the slant fin H2 heat load calculator and I just want to make sure I'm using the program correctly. So here are the numbers I'm using for a room called Den.
Indoor Temp-70 deg
outdoor temp-20?
Altitude-40?
System design water temp-140
Room Height-8'
Room length-11'
Room with-13'
Doors & Glass sq ft-10
Door & Glass factor-.6500(New Anderson double hung windows)
Exposed Wall length-13'
Exposed wall Factor-.0700
Cold partion lenght & factor-0.000
Ceiling Factor-0.0000
Floor factor-0.1500
Infiltration factor-0.0180
The program says I will need 9.5 of fine/line 15or30 Baseboard. Also what about the original circulator pump, we are looking @ about 130' of what will be 3/4 copper pipe. And last but not least what about the thermistat is there an ideal height and location for mounting?
I know the question is really long but I would like to know if I'm using this program correctly, and as to what size circulator I should use?
