plenty od simple DIY products available that get installed in the thin set under the tile. I seem Watts Radiant Heatweave or SunTouch brand (at the DIY stores)used quite a bit.

I sent a mat to my sister years ago. She installed the mat and tile and had an electrician wire it properly with a GFI breaker and circuit.

Nothing beats a warm tile floor :) www.wattsradiant.com
may be of help,

  • Electric Radiant Heating Suggestion Needed

Hi All, I'm renovating two bathrooms: 5' X 10' and 5' X 8' and would like to install radiant heat under the new floors. Since I live in an apartment building I have to install an electric system. Any suggestions from the pros would be helpful Thanks for your help

I used stepwarmfloor and was pleased with the results.
I like the idea of lower voltage in the floor and the mats are self regulating. With multiple strips you are better protected against one short in a continuos wire scrapping your whole investment. Hopefully your current electrical wiring is such that it makes it easy. Research how you will tie it all in before purchasing anything.

    Easy Heat warrm tiles

Warm tiles is a good product. First you need to see which kit will work for the floor area. Then you need to get an electrician in there to see if You have a circit that is able to handle the extra load.

Depending on floor area, the kits jump from 110 volts to 220 volts.

If you are renting I would okay it with your landlord first.
