Vaportrol Setting

My one pipe steam system seems to work fine with just 8-ounces of pressure. With that in mind, ideally, what should my cut-out pressue be?
I have it set for 4-ounce cut-in and 8-ounce cut-out right now. On most steam cycles, the system cuts out on pressure after six minutes and then cuts back in a minute later to then cut-out again in a minute. The lower pressure reduces my vent noise: above 8-ounces the vents whistle.
Are my settings OK?

I think so
try having a pro reduce the firing rate slightly and see if this gives you longer cycles.
