Thank You John Sawyer of Heat Transfer Products…..

A true gentlemen and professional is what I had the pleasure of spending the day with this past Tuesday. We had a customer having some trouble with his Munchkin wall mounted boiler. Just for the record this trouble was not a manufacturing problem in any way.

John not only identified and resolved the situation for us and more importantly our customer but he spent a better part of the day turning this into a great educational experience for myself and a fellow technician. For me this was awesome because, as most of you know you could fit the knowledge I have in NG & LP into a thimble.

John, I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate the time you spent with us and the knowledge you shared. I look forward to visiting your facility as we discussed and I will definitely bring a few of our technicians along for the educational experience.
