In floor heat

This is my first slab install. I have done some small repair work, and lots of hot water and steam boilers. I am a mechanical contractor. This is my own garage, by the way.
#1 I have 2 small Grunfoss pumps, with 3 speeds. Any suggestions on the best setting?
#2 I have 4 loops, from 230' to 260', 5" slab, 2" Foamular under and on perimeter. What would be the best temp to set? Also I have some striping. Inner loop is 20" to 22" on center. (This was my last loop and just what I had left to cover....water under the bridge now). I think I went too heavy on the perimeter. Can I balance this out with the manifold. Thank You

    garage

    Pipe size?
    Heat loss calc?
    Desired indoor temp?
Pump curves for existing pumps? - Many mfg. have programs to aid in sizing/designing systems, as well as 'John Seigenthaler's' hydronic program. (available @ www.hydronidpros.com)
