anyone need an apprentice? in Westchester NY

my nephew 18, has been to the local vocational school for heating,(should be finished this month) he has worked with me for a few months,has some experience,he's done some maintenance on a few family members boilers and some troubleshooting on his own --as well as a lot of commercial jobs with me -he definetly has the mechanical ability to become a great mechanic --given some guidance and willingness to grow a tech ---anyway if anyone out there knows of any helper/apprentice positions --let me know --tmike@iwon.com thanks
