how hard is it to find parts? This is more likely to happen over long weekends and holidays.

    Does anyone know of a gas boiler that makes domestic hot water as well as F.H.W.? I mean one that has priority zoning that will go to domestic when called upon. Can go with chimney or direct vent.
    Application is three small apts (two are three rooms and one is four rooms). Thinking of splitting up existing boiler that sprung small leak and having sep boilers per apt. Didn't do heat load yet but would take wild guess of 50,40, 40, and another 40 for indirect = current output on existing boiler of 180k btus. Current boiler does not run all the time since we insulated.

    The Viessmann Vitodens 200 Combi has an on-board DWH heat exchanger and is designed for small apartments although the heating-side capacity is more than you probably need.

    Monitor MZ is another with a combi model and flash exchanger.

    Both of these are condensing, the latter MZ is on-off, the Vitodens modulates.

    Any boiler can do this with an indirect, just requires a little more floor space.

    Baxi works extremely well for just the purpose you have in mind. Much different price point than the V.

    on the spec sheet it says 30-110 input. Does this mean that it is adjusting for what is needed for output?
    From reading other manufacturers I am getting lots more output than is needed.
