Who's installing these great steamers?

Ive been to three houses in the past three months on the south shore MA that have all been sold recently, and all have new steam boilers.

Smith boilers, Carlin EZ-1's, perfect riser height, full size equalizing line, Hartford loop 2 inches below the waterline, all supply and return piping in iron, and on and on.

These are beauties! In all three cases the new owner didn't know who installed it, and there were no stickers on the boiler.

I'd love to pay someone a very big compliment but I don't know who.

All three of these new home owners have never had steam heat before but they love it!


Is there a little steam leprechaun out there on the South Shore?
