Peerless boiler cracks

I have a peerless wbv-03-110-wpc. The front section that the burner mounts to has a crack at the top corner left side
on the inside of the bend. It goes from about 1/4 into the section all the way thru to about 1 inch below the heat pin between the sections. Is this a weak spot on this boiler.

How about...
A photo? Just make sure it's no wider than 600 pixels.
Is it leaking?0 -
Front Plate
Maybe someone over tighten the bolt ,I have not seen a problem out here .0 -

Maybe someone over tighten the bolt or failed to slowly torque in a even pattern ,I have not seen a problem out here .0 -
Are you talking
Are you talking the black front plate that the burner is mounted to? I have seen these crack from excess heat when the boiler isn't maintained. Or are you talking the front boiler section? In my experience Peerless boilers rarely leak.
