Burnham RV Boiler with a Viessmann HK-1 Universal

Recently I sold to a contractor a Viessmann HK-1 Universal (outdoor reset w/dhw)to be installed with a Keyspan provided RV6 Burnham boiler. Has anyone tried this? The problem we are having is the boiler short cycles; perhaps from the infared beam on the HK-1, I think because the boiler needs to operate at 210F the mixing valve is searching for water that isn't available due to the VS3000 control, once the boiler has the 210F heated water is released to the system. Thoughts.

    RV6's

The injection pump on Revolution boilers is variable speed. It is controlled by the little green tekmar-looking board inside the jacket. The pump starts at low speed when the boiler hits something like 135 degrees, and it speeds up until the temps hits about 170 when it reaches full speed. I may be off in the temps, but it is somewhere in that range. The boiler has a high limit setting of 210 because of the differential in the aquestat and how it affects pump control. I really don't think it sends out 210 degree water to the system.
I put a tekmar on a Revolution a few years ago and someone sent me a diagram showing me how to wire the conrol to the aquestat rather than the "TT" terminals. It worked great, but I don't remember the exact details of how I did it. There is a burnham guy who makes posts on this site often, maybe he can help.
