More praise for the Burnham team ..(JohnNY)

I had a problem with a Burnham Minuteman II this week that was driving me crazy. I don’t come across these units often and so I turned to tech support for help. A man named John was uncommonly helpful and personable on the phone and I just want to thank him for that.
During the day I also sent a message to Glenn Stanton, Manager of Training, who got back to me later in the day just to make sure this technical issue was resolved properly.
It was.

I don’t get this kind of field support from any other boiler company and that’s why I’m a loyal customer.

One hand washes the other.

Why can’t it all be this way?
